Hello!

I’m Yuval, and for over six years I’ve been helping individuals affected by bipolar disorder – both those living with the condition and the families and partners who support them.

My Philosophy

I had incredible guides in my recovery journey.

This practice is my way of paying it forward.

Independence

I believe in giving people the tools and skills that they need to manage the disorder effectively. I don't believe in lifelong weekly therapy for my clientele. I want them to gain independence. If someone still needs weekly sessions after three years, I take that as a sign I haven’t done my job effectively.

Shared Struggle

My vision for the future of therapy is one where practitioners combine lived experience with specialized training to help clients overcome challenges they’ve personally navigated. I apply this in my own practice, and it’s proven to be a powerful and effective approach for treatment.

Empowerment

Recovery is a journey of taming extremes with humility, and deepening self-knowledge. I believe that many who walk this path emerge stronger than if they had never faced the disorder. My goal is to support people in becoming more competent, compassionate, and resilient along the way.
